本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「Reclaimer」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを説明します。
1. 取り扱う情報
- 位置情報：ロック開始時の位置と、早期解除を確認するときの現在地。
- セッション情報：開始時刻、設定時間、解除距離、解除方法および結果。
- 設定情報：選択した時間・距離、Freeプランの当日利用状況、言語設定。
- 購入情報：Appleから通知されるPro商品の購入・復元状態。
- Screen Time情報：Appleの選択画面で指定したアプリ、カテゴリおよびWebドメインのトークン。
2. 利用目的
- 開始地点との直線距離を計算し、早期解除の条件を判定するため。
- Screen Timeによるアプリ制限を開始・解除するため。
- セッション履歴、Freeプランの利用回数およびユーザー設定を端末内で管理するため。
- Proプランの購入と復元を提供するため。
3. 位置情報
位置情報は、本アプリの使用中にユーザーがロックを開始または解除確認を行った場合にのみ取得します。移動経路の継続的な追跡やバックグラウンド収集は行いません。位置情報は直線距離の計算に使用し、開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。
4. 保存場所と第三者サービス
セッション、位置、設定およびScreen Timeの選択情報は端末内に保存されます。集中した時間や歩いた距離を含む記録、位置座標、移動経路、選択したアプリ名は外部へ送信しません。本アプリは決済にApple In-App Purchase、アプリ制限にApple Screen Time APIを利用します。
5. 保存期間と削除
端末内データは本アプリがインストールされている間保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内の記録と設定も削除されます。
6. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、開発者が本アプリ内の情報を第三者へ販売または提供することはありません。
7. 未成年者
未成年者は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用してください。
8. 改定・お問い合わせ
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定します。お問い合わせはApp Storeの本アプリ配布ページに記載された開発者連絡先までお願いします。

This policy explains how the iOS app “Reclaimer” (the “App”) handles information.
1. Information handled by the App
- Location: your location when a lock starts and your current location when you check whether you can unlock early.
- Session data: start time, duration, unlock distance, unlock method, and result.
- Settings: selected duration and distance, daily Free-plan usage, and language preference.
- Purchase data: the purchase or restoration status of Pro products reported by Apple.
- Screen Time data: tokens for apps, categories, and web domains selected in Apple’s system picker.
2. How information is used
- To calculate straight-line distance from the lock’s starting point and determine early-unlock eligibility.
- To apply and remove app restrictions through Screen Time.
- To store session history, daily Free-plan usage, and preferences on your device.
- To provide Pro purchases and purchase restoration.
3. Location
The App accesses location only when you start a lock or manually check your location for an early unlock while using the App. It does not continuously track your route or collect location in the background. Location is used to calculate distance and is not sent to the developer’s servers.
4. Storage and third-party services
Session, location, preference, and Screen Time selection data is stored on your device. Records including focus time and walking distance, coordinates, routes, and selected app names are not sent to external servers. The App uses Apple In-App Purchase for payments and Apple Screen Time APIs for app restrictions.
5. Retention and deletion
On-device data is retained while the App remains installed. Deleting the App removes its local records and preferences.
6. Disclosure
The developer does not sell or disclose information from the App to third parties, except where required by law.
7. Children
Minors should use the App with a parent’s or guardian’s consent where required.
8. Changes and contact
